EdiblE BEATS RESTAURANTS AND RENOWNED CHEF JUSTIN CUCCI (DENVER, CO)

Seeds of Change is especially grateful to the incredible warmth, kindness, and generosity of Edible Beats restaurants as well as to renowned Chef and owner Justin Cucci.  Allowing us to use their amazing restaurant Ophelia's Electric Soapbox, Seeds of Changes successfully hosted our latest fundraiser ClusterFunk: A Night For Nepal. Because of this amazingly selfless gesture, Seeds of Change raised thousands of dollars towards an internationally coordinated Nepali Earthquake Relief Fund.  Together, we brought considerable resources, social aid, and sustainable designs to affected areas where the majority of buildings were destroyed, and millions of people were left homeless.
